To decline, or not to decline…
This is what your employees are most likely thinking every time you send out a meeting invitation via email. Begrudgingly deciding on whether to “accept” or “decline”, only add to the frustration because everyone knows you don’t hit the decline button because, well, you need your job.
With this in mind, maybe it’s time to think of something other than donuts when you want to spice things up in the bored room. (get it?) Why not a completely new meeting space? Get people out of the office and into a new setting. The less the space looks like a bored room, (how about now?) the more awake your employees might be!
