Wedding & Event Showcase 2024
The annual Wedding & Event Showcase at Historic Oakland is scheduled for Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Building on its past success, this event continues to excel in bringing together vendors and clients, offering a convenient one-stop-shopping experience for weddings and events. The manor and tented patio will be buzzing with over 60 vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists, makeup artists, event planners,DJ’s, decorators, hotels, rental experts, and attire specialists—everything you need under one roof!

Tickets are $5.00 in advance or $7.00 at the door (CASH ONLY). Attendees can also register on Eventbrite.
Vendor Information
Vendors must register through Eventbrite. All registered vendors should carefully review the information below:
- One 8’x8’ booth space, a 6’ long table & 1 banquet chair. Please bring your own table linen. We provide all tables for the day. Bringing your own table is not permitted.
- A listing in our showcase planner that all guests will receive upon arrival.
- One year on our Resource List featured on our website & in all tour packets.
- Vendor highlights on our social media pages leading up to the showcase.
Payment is due in full at the time of booth registration. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation after February 11, 2024. If vendors must cancel before February 11, 2024, a $25.00 administration fee will be retained. If payment is made via check, payment must be received within seven business days of registration before your registration is canceled.
Vendor location is at the discretion of Historic Oakland. Booths are set up on both the main level, 2nd floor, and outside tented area. Vendors in the same category may be placed next to each other. If you have accommodation that needs to be addressed in your vendor placement, please speak with staff BEFORE registering to see how we can best accommodate you. Location is based on availability & showcase flow.
